Intra - Oral Camera
As the name suggests, an intra-oral camera is used to take photos inside your mouth. Think of it as a miniature camera that can fit inside the mouth. Images taken by an intra-oral camera is useful it allows the patients to see exactly what the dentist sees; intra-oral camera image reveals what is going on inside your mouth, and aid in understanding of your current oral health condition.
We incorporate intra-oral camera during patient education as a visual image that assist in better understanding of the present condition inside your mouth. It is particularly useful if there are any suspicious findings such as lesions to increase patient awareness
