Dr. Ashish Thomas Kunnekel
Waterloo Dental Weber St N is excited to introduce Dr Ash.
Dr Ash has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. He did his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree) from the University of Colorado, Denver, and practiced in the United States, before moving to Canada. He was recognized and inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society for graduating at the top of his class. During his DDS, he was elected Class President and demonstrated outstanding leadership skills during his tenure.
While he practises as a General Dentist, he is a foreign trained Prosthodontist, and was awarded the University Gold medal for exceptional academic performance.
He has a broad skill set which includes implants, dentures, same day teeth, cosmetic smile makeovers, and clear aligners to name a few. He has a vision to incorporate the best of technology and digital dentistry, such as but not limited to intra oral scanners, and 3D printing, to complement his skills, and offer greater convenience to his patients.
He takes great pride in his work, and goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful patient experience. He genuinely cares about his patients and tries to make the world a better place, one smile at a time.
He is happily married to his graduate school sweetheart, and has two rambunctious, and adorable sons. He considers his family to be his greatest strength and blessing. His family is grateful to call the wonderful city of Waterloo home.
He is an active cyclist, and has clocked rides up to 128 kilometres at a stretch. He believes in maintaining, a healthy body, mind, and soul to be the best version of oneself.
